Because of the misleading information I have decided not to purchase my two new mattresses with this company and my sister has canceled her order. As we where making phone calls to speak with a manager to explain the situation we actually dialed another company and the president (Gary) spoke with us. We apologized for the confusion but he asked if he could help us in anyway. Because of the deceitfulness of Mattress Firm they lost out on selling three mattresses. Because of the kindness and just the fact that the President of a company wanted to help with a situation shows dignity. We will be purchasing three mattresses from Mattress Mart.
