 + -1 moreHe was there for about 2 hours and did a very complete job. The only complaint I have is that I was given a quote of approximately $150 and it ended up being over $200. Luckily I was able to pay the whole amount.

 + -1 moreIt was a fine experience. Mark was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He spent 3 hours doing a full scale tuning and second tuning raising the pitch to A= 440. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Double tuned our upright piano which had not been tuned since 1981. Also checked the overall condition including the finish, casters, key-tops, felt, etc.

 + -1 moreMark has tuned my piano at least 3 times. He is always prompt if not a little early for the appointments. He gets right to work without a lot of wasted time chit-chatting. The process can take 1.5 - 2 hours depending on the piano. He has been honest with me about the condition and value of my piano. He also recommended a piano re-finisher that did a great job on it.
