M & D BLACKTOP

This experience was a costly nightmare.  Avoid this company at all costs. 
The material was defective, the workmanship was mediocre and the office manager (Cindy White-Gregory) at M&D was belligerent, argumentative, and rude.
The first round of asphalt sealing happened in the summer of 2010.  Four months after the application, the sealing material started peeling up like peanut brittle.  It never soaked into the driveway. They said they couldn't do anything about it until next year.  In the spring of 2011 they came out to inspect. Their initial response was that it looked like a result of snow plowing.  We quickly dispelled that theory as we had no plowing done in 2010.   They begrudgingly agreed to re-seal, however, they refused to refill the exposed cracks, saying that I was looking for a "total free deal." My response was that I just wanted what I had paid for which included crack filling.  They had no intention of budging on their position, so I power washed and prep the drive, and filled the exposed cracks.
They came back out in July/August of 2011and re-sealed. They told me that it was faulty product from their material supplier and re-emphasized that I should not plow or use a snow blower as there will damage the seal.  (Give me break.)
Initially, everything appeared OK given the mild winter of 2011-2012.  However, this spring/summer (2012) the peeling started all over again.  This time with even more cracks showing.  I have extensive photos if anyone wants to know what this looks like. 
M&D Blacktop is bad news.  Poor service.  Major headache.  Very unprofessional.
