Docia Ayers was outstanding. We have purchased six houses (sold five) using different agents in different locations. Docia was the best by a wide margin, a great combination of highly professional but also friendly and caring. She took the time to understand our needs on the purchase side and worked with us for several months, looking at quite a few houses, to find the one that was perfect for us. Her advice in negotiations and on contractual issues was invaluable. When we subsequently sold our old house, her strategy led to a quick sale at full price (and not because she lowballed the price -- we were exactly in the right place for the neighborhood). We have no experience with other agents at Keller Williams, but recommend Docia without reservation.

In short OUTSTANDING. Mike was able to market and sell our home in less than two weeks. Note: our home w/ virtually the same condition/upgrades sat for six months 18 months earlier with a different realtor. Subsequently he helped us find our dream home and made the transition completely smooth. Mike was patient with all of our questions, always available via phone/text and made us feel like a priority even though it was clear he was incredibly busy and in-demand. Mr. Laemmle is a no-nonsense sort of guy and helped us throughout the entire process. Similarly his team provided the same high level of service and support.

We used Courtney Berg who is a realtor there. In 2010 we used him to sell a house. We used him as a realtor in 2011 to build a house. It started in January or February of 2011 and then we did all of our final stuff in August 2011. We thought he was excellent and always responsive. He was on top of all the schedules. He worked on our emails and kept everything on track for meeting all of our deadlines. He was very on top of everything.
