They were very prompt with contacting the homeowner, going over to look at the roof and they put all parties at ease. It would have been easy for them to falsely declare the need for repairs and make some additional money. But that's not how these guys roll ! I have been happy with their work for probably 15 years or more.

I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and he told me to contact them back on the 14th. I contacted them and I still can't reach them. He seemed like a nice guy. I hope I can be able to do some business with them. We did some estimating closer to the beginning of the year but at that point in time we didn't actually have a finalized set of plans. Once I did finally get the plans I contacted them and that he would do another estimate for me. I haven't heard back from them. He did gave me a price early on but that was without a complete set of plans. His estimates were fair. They were helpful earlier. At the beginning he was responsive but we got frustrated and part of that was his fault because he was trying to work a deal without complete plans. Then we had questions I think he got a little irritated. He's very professional.

Outstanding, excellent. Their quality of work is outstanding, superior and their follow up, they did outstanding.

Had 2 and 1/2 car garage addition added, all brick with hip roof. Kevin followed the architects plans exactly , asked good questions and kept the project timeline of 2 months perfectly on schedule. Kept my grumpy neighbor happy, too. His price was middle of the road compared to multiple quotes I got for the project.

17 Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We would highly recommend K and K Builders. Kerry Ferguson worked with us and the remodeling was completed as scheduled We are very happy with the outcome.

They're great! He was very nice and he seemed very prompt in coming and he also arranged things for us. I know Kerry, the head of the company and his sister. I think it's been great. My son has been friends with him and I've never heard anything bad about him from friends of ours that have used his company K K. Our experience has been great and it's not that I know Kerry, it's what my husband and I feel. He was here on Christmas Eve before having to leave with his family to go see a show because he wanted to have the man over to measure for our quartz so that was good. He's good. He has never been off or anything like that as far as calling or sending an email, we don't have any trouble. He's very professional, he tells you the truth, he did advise us on a few things for older people that we needed. I'm 80 and my husband is 83 so when it came to the bathroom, he advised us on things that would be good when we asked him.

We recently bought a foreclosed home with a 203K loan. This type of loan requires several quotes with detailed forms that the bank requires. Kevin was extremely punctual with all of our appointments and quickly completed all the cumbersome required 203K mortgage paperwork. The finished product was extremely good and we are very pleased with the results. Kevin used good quality materials and I never once doubted his knowledge, timeline, workmanship or ability. Kevin was extremely patient with the 203K bank paperwork when other contractors I spoke with didn't want to mess with it. I highly recommend K&K Builders for any type of construction project. I will be calling K&K builders for future renovations.

Awesome! They were able to hit every deadline they gave us and did exactly what they said they would do. They paid very close attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. We picked out quartz countertops and when they came in to install them on one area it was SLIGHTLY off. I didn't even notice but Kerry told them to recut another one and to leave that piece there for the time being so we could at least have a counter there.

They were very professional, reasonably priced and did great work. I was happy with their work and cleaned up after themselves.

They were nice, polite and very knowledgeable. Their estimate came up higher than another company. The process went very well.

We had some trim on the front of our house that was surrounding the windows that was deteriorating. We needed the old wood moved out and make sure that it didn?t go any deeper than that. We just wanted the woodwork replaced. It was all exterior work. The quote was for about $2000. We had received about seven different quotes. They got back to us pretty quickly. We had a good experience with them. We didn't go with them partly because of the pressure that we had received from our insurance provider to go with a preferred person. I think they were also a little bit cheaper. We would still consider contacting K & K Builders again for a quote for other work.

I thought their estimate was reasonable but they are not able to do the project due to the weather and my need to get the job done right away. Our interaction was fine and I didn't have any problems. I like that they showed an interest in doing the job and that they gave me a reasonable bid.

After the hail storm on April 5 th in Grove City, our house had some extensive damage. We called this company. They came and gave us an estimate and worked with our insurance company. The work was done on time and professionally could not be happier with everything. Our house looks brand new thanks to this company. Well done K&K Builders.We will be calling again for other projects and referring to anyone that needs work done.It was great to work with them and felt we could trust them. We had several other companies at our door with signs and contracts.There is still work going on in our neighborhood. So we felt we made the right choice. Thanks again.

Kevin came out the day after I called for an estimate. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would call him again for an estimate on a repair; however I didn't use him this time because I had a friend who helped me out. K & K's price seemed reasonable and competitive.

K and K Builders were punctual, on schedule, on budget and extremely professional in all aspects of the work they completed for us.

Kerry Ferguson works with the management at my condo complex. He does work for them on the rentals, the empty condos, and anything else they need. He does good work at the complex, so I asked him to give me an estimate for the floors. Installing my laminate floors was a little tricky, because the front door has very little clearance. Since he had worked with the layout of my condo before, he was able to get it done with no problems. The floors are beautiful. I can't find a single flaw in the installation. He was kind enough to bring the floor samples directly to my house, and to pick them up, so I didn't have to drive at all. He even fixed some of the molding, where my dogs had been chewing on the wood. He came up with a creative solution to fix one of my doors (that the dogs had also been chewing on). Instead of replacing the door, we just replaced a panel. It was much easier and cheaper.
