Joe Cruz and crew couldn't start the job as promised due to a death in family. But he personally explained the situation and he agreed to begin the following day. He thought the job would only take one day but it required two to finish. Joe and crew did an excellent job and some other neighbors approached him to do some landscaping work for them. I don't think the process could have gone any better.

They did a fair job overall but the owner only responded to one email. He ignored questions about when the work would be done and just said "Got you on the list. You will be done this week." My wife and I wondered when they would show up and didn't know when until they were wandering through our front and back yard. They were fortunate we were home when the work was done so they could get paid. I found it unprofessional to not even let us know a day or approximate time.
