WE CONTRACTED WITH HIM FOR A REROOFING PROJECT. HE ACCEPTED THE DEPOSIT, AND MADE COMMITMENTS TO BEGIN IN APRIL. AFTER SEVERAL DELAYS, HE BECAME COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. WEVE CALLED, WRITTEN LETTERS AND HAD OUR ATTORNEY CONTACT HIM. HE WILL NOT REPLY, NOR WILL HE RETURN THE DEPOSIT AS WEVE REQUESTED.
