Honest PC Service has been operating since 1995 and relies on 25 years of computing experience. I service the Greater Columbus region via house calls, but I recommend that you drop off your computer at my residence in Grove City to save on transit fees. That way I can offer better rates and a more personal one on one experience to my customers. I offer the most HONEST advice and personalized services every time! Most importantly, in a day and age where dishonesty is rampant, we are proud to offer you a 100% HONEST approach to computer repair, upgrades and web design. My computer suffered a virus/malware attack, had to be erased and re-imaged. (Done at Microcenter) I had no clue as to how to re-hook everything to get computer operational, nor how to get programs and data returned from the back-up. Contacted Angie's List, and from the list they gave me on the phone, contacted Honest PC Repair, Roland Buck in Grove City, OH. Requested that as he re-hooked everything up, he would teach me so I would know how to do it myself in the future. Roland has extensive knowledge/experience in the computer field. Professional, but personable, easy to relate to. He demonstrated ability to instruct and teach me without my feeling like the and quot;dummyand quot; that books often refer to. I now have a working computer. And a better understanding of how to use it.
Description of Work: He hooked up my PC and peripherals. Assessed what had been re imaged on it, downloaded programs/software, Backed up and made Recovery disc, Taught/instructed me as he was doing all this.
