I didn't lift a finger. They removed blinds and curtains and when done replaced everything like they were never here except I had airtight working beautiful windows. I have huge 9 foot windows that take up two walls. I noticed after they had removed but not completed the replacement of these windows that the street sounds were disturbing loud. Bill called the manufacturer. He didn't try to placate me by saying and quot;oh they are just not finished yetand quot; but called to be sure that was the issue. And it was once the trim and caulking was completed the windows really have cut down the street noise. I even felt comfortable leaving them here alone in my home while I was away. You don't always have that comfort level but I really felt an honest vibe from Bill. He helped me pick my windows as well and made suggestions for types and styles that was invaluable and he even tried to help me save money. I choose him because he did quaility work for less that other bids I got for the job.

Everything went fine with a few unforeseen exceptions, we were hoping to keep the existing floor but due to the cabinets and appliances being different sizes we had to replace it. The contractor sent us to a store he buys from and they were able to overnite the new floor we choose directly to our home at no extra cost.

They are defendable, professional, reasonably priced, they clean up every day after they leave, and they do excellent work.

They overcharged for the overhead and profit and when I questioned him about it he said that I am as much responsible as him. The last time I tried to talk to him he started cursing.

His work is excellent. Everyday when they are done, they run a sweeper. I highly recommend him!
