The owner gave me an appointment window between 2-4.  He showed up about 2:45.  Prior to repairing the door he inspected the door and gave me options but suggested that a simple replacement of the tension springs would be a sufficient fix to the problem.  He was able to complete the work in about 30 minutes.  While he was there, he gave me information on door replacements which I had asked about but did not try to pressure me into a sale.  He also lubed the other moving parts of the garage door and inspected my opener.
I was extremely happy with the service.  I felt the repair cost was fair and not over priced.

Everything went great. Called on Thursday with our problem they came out on Friday at the time scheduled they gave us a quote on replacing our opener. They were professional and did a good job.

When the guys showed up took them and showed them the issues with garage door. They noticed that the drum was broken and needed to be replaced. The drums must be replaced in pairs which made sense. Also, told them that the post of the bottom rollers were too short and they would fall out of the tracks about once a month. They were able to replace the rollers with ones that had 9" post so they would not fall out anymore. The work took no more than 30 minutes. I am very pleased with them and their work. I will use them in the future for any issue I have with the garage door.

Everything went smoothly. The company is very efficient and very good what they do. I renovate homes professionally and I will happily call these gentlemen again for any future garage door work. I provided a chamberlain opener that I had bought at Home Depot and they installed it as part of our agreement.

Both of the guys arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and went straight to work.  All of the work was done and everything back to normal in less than half an hour.

.We came home yesterday afternoon and the garage door wouldn't open. I called Grove City Garage Door about 3:30 pm. The owner, Mark Rothwell, said he could be out at 8:00 am the next day (today). He arrived as promised and went straight to work. He replace the broken spring and repaired one of the cable wheels in about an hour. The door has never worked better.

They were on time and performed the service in less than one hour. They also replaced a few of my garage door rollers at no additional fee. I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of service.

Responded very quickly to a broken garage door spring, showed up on time and fixed spring in amazing time, price was a lot lower than I thought, will use them for future garage door needs.
