Contact and appointment setting was easy and fast. Installer showed up and did a good job, despite the install being harder than he thought it would be. It was a hot day and took quite a lot longer than expected. Didn’t cost any more than anticipated or quoted. WIndow looks and works great.

They were recommended by my insurance agent. They were great. They were able to schedule on the day that I requested and at the location I requested (my work). The installer was punctual, professional and did a great job on the installation. The windshield looks exactly like the factory installed Acura windshield I had. I would use them again.

Quite well. A little left over adhesive, but given that it was the truck, I'm totally satisfied.

Glass America did a wonderful job! The tech even managed to squeeze us in a bit early when we didn't get the appt that we wanted. Very professional! I would definitely use them again!

We purchased a new (to us) vehicle and before we could even make the first payment, a rock kicked up and put a chip in the windshield under the rear-view mirror. It had a couple of cracks spreading out from it making the entire damaged area about the size of a dime. I checked several places on Angie's List and decided to try Glass America.
I called on Tuesday afternoon, let them know what I was dealing with and the additional constraint that we were leaving for a 2 week vacation on Thursday morning. They informed me that it should be able to be repaired and gave me two options - $25 if I brought it to their shop or $50 if they wanted me to have them come out. I opted for the $25 route and took it by on Wednesday afternoon. They repaired the chip. I gave a B rating on the quality as the damage is still quite visible. My memory of similar repairs in the past were that they were less prominent. The important part, however, is that the cracks will not spread.
I was in and out in about 20 minutes. As I was leaving, they indicated that the chip was still visible, but that it shouldn't spread. If for some reason it did, they would apply the $25 toward replacement of the windshield which is a nice backup to have in my pocket.
Everyone was very friendly and professional, they were able to get me in the next day, and I was generally happy with my experience. 

They came to my place of work to repair a chipped windshield but the
chip had grown into an unrepairable crack and they replaced the
windshield the next day. It was a real time saver not to have to take
off work to take care of this.

They were very professional.  We had an issue where the glass supplier initially sent the wrong glass.  They had to come out two days in a row.  They were very apologetic and were very good overall.

I recently bought a brand new 2012 Kia Soul and was shocked that I got a chip in my windshield... the crack grew every time I drove it so I needed it repaired right away because I have to drive 2 hours one way to the Dr. for my daughter. I emailed Glass of America requesting quote.. they didn't service my area but since I had to go to Nationwide Children's Hosp. in Columbus Karen at Glass America said that wouldn't be a problem and had a tech in the area waiting for the time I was supposed to be there for an appointment. I had to park in the garage and they were even willing to pay to go in there and do the work. They worked with me the entire time and were so sweet and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need a windshield replaced. The window is perfect thanks to them!

Had window smashed while dining out. Called next morning to get quotes from 3 places on Angie’s List, including Glass America. Spoke to Karen. She was professional and has great personality. Quote was equal to one other place, but almost half the biggest national name. They fit me in the same day. Installation tech showed at scheduled time. Didn’t call in advance as expected, but it really didn’t matter in our situation. Justin installed new glass, cleaned up well and was done in about an hour. I was ready to go in less than 24 hours from the incident. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely call again if needed and recommend to others.

Very professional from the initial phone contact through the installation. Would recommend and will use again if  the need ever arises.

Glass America was less expensive than Safelite, and provided quality products and service.  They also performed the service the next day, when Safelite could make it in two days - not one.  Both companies provide great products/service.  But Glass America was the better value.

Called late on a Friday to replace my windshield.   They scheduled me for the following Monday.  Arrived at my work place on time, very professional, finished on time.  I have had no issues.    Would definately use them again. 

The office was friendly and informative. They provided a very competitive estimate with out asking a bunch of unnecessary question and were able to schedule installation the next morning. The installer was a bit late but was friendly and answered all my questions. Installation was quick and easy.

My truck was broken into through the passenger side rear window. Checked Angies List, received four quotes from SafeLite, Glass Dr., Guardian, and Glass America. Glass America was within $10 dollars of the lowest using Pilkington glass. Called and scheduled replacement same day. Ron new his business and had the window replaced in about a half hour. He paid close attention to detail. Especially in getting the glass out of the bottom of the door. I had a great experience with this complany.

Glass America was great. When Karen took my call, she got me scheduled for her next availability. Unfortuneately, my car broke down and I had to cancel. After getting my car out of the shop, I called and Karen set me up another appointment for the next day. Chris called and asked me if he could come early. He came and was very nice. He was done in an hour.

They did a great job. Karen who answered phone was great about taking care of details and scheduling very quickly. Ron did the work and was very helpful. He was able to call a half hour before coming out. Price was very reasonable. Overall great job and i will call them again when auto glass is needed.

Great - no complaints.

We have a van and had trouble with the installation at the house. It seemed like some of the areas were not sealed properly. The installers came back and assured me it was fine. It never leaked, but made a wind/whistling noise all the time. Took it back twice to their location and had to leave the van to have it redone with the same windshield by one of the owners. We thought it was okay at the time, but it still whistles. We are trying to figure out if it is worth our time to do it all over again. They do have a lifetime warranty.

These guys come to you which is unbelievable service in this day and age. You call, make an appointment, and they come and fix your auto glass crack. The price is very reasonable and they are professional. We have used them twice and had an excellent experience both times.

Called 3 different companies for estimates. Glass America was cheapest. Receptionist was pleasant and easy to talk to. Called on Friday and they came to my work on following Monday to replace glass. I was very busy that day. Communicated with service man on phone. He was also very pleasant. I was very pleased with his work. Great job.

I called, they came the next day and repaired it in my driveway.

I called Glass America last Friday. They gave me a fair estimate to replace my windshield and scheduled the work to be done today (Tuesday). I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the work would be done at my home - I didn't even have to drive to their shop and either leave the car or wait for the work to be done! The company representative was prompt, very friendly, and quick. He did a great job. He even pointed out a very small amount of sealant that had seeped over the gasket onto the windshield (such a small amount I never would have noticed it) and made arrangements to come back to clean it up after it had cured. I also really appreciate the lifetime warranty and the nationwide assistance number!
