 + -1 moreIt could not be worse! We still have not in August 2014, received any of the wedding albums, despite the fact that final payment was made to them in Oct 2012. They have been unresponsive to attempts to resolve the situation, including not responding to a registered letter. I have now filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and plan to file in small claims court if they fail to deliver the contracted albums after being contacted by the Ohio Attorney General. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
Description of Work: Only partial service was completed. The photographers came and took pictures at the wedding on September 6, 2009 but to date we have not received any of the wedding albums that were ordered, despite numerous phone calls, emails and registered mail. Their services were paid in full and included several wedding albums including Bride and Grooms albums, parents albums and grandparent albums.
