EXECUTIVE HOME IMPROVEMENT

We went to Home Depot to pick out a new hardwood floor for our media room/dinning room in our home. Home Depot contracts with Executive Home Improvement, owned by Matt Butler. They came out as scheduled and called ahead 30 mins to let us know they were on their way. Completely professional and clean looking as was their equipment and vehicles. They did the job very quickly, and left no marks on our walls, taking care to not leave any dust or foot prints, and even clean up before they left any excess materials and debris . I had a bad experience contracting people on my own, even using Angies list, but not this time! Before leaving the job, the workers called Home Depot's main office, and we were handed the phone to talk to their customer service agents, and they asked us if we were completely satisfied - so this was our chance to give feed back and take care of any problems. Of course we had nothing but positive things to say, but felt good that we were given that chance to voice or feelings had there been any issues. I highly recommend using Matt and his crew with Executive Home Improvement... They have many years of experience and are bonded and work under contract with many large contractors like Home Depot and Lowes, so you know you have less risk when going through these guys.  THANKS FOR THE BEAUTIFUL FLOOR MATT!

THEY WERE INCREDIBLE. THEY WERE HIGHLY ORGANIZED, QUICK, AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WORKED FOR A WEEK AND WOULD TELL ME EACH MORNING WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO GET DONE FOR THE DAY AND THEY ACTUALLY STUCK RIGHT WITH THEIR PLAN AND FINISHED EVERYTHING AS STATED. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY, I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR ABILITY TO STICK TO THE PLAN AND BE ORGANIZED. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS AND DURING THE INSTALLATION. THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND THEY FOLLOW THROUGH PERFECTLY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!~
