Creative Touch Painting & Decorating LLC

This is the fourth time we have had Sue’s company paint in our home. Sue and Steve are wonderful people and excellent painters. I got 4 quotes and Sue beat everyone. They showed up on time, we’re amazingly fast and very clean work. I’m a knit picker on paint jobs, I couldn’t find a place where there was a drop of paint or paint on the woodwork. Our experiences with her and the company have been courteous, professional , couldn’t be happier Tony Worthington Ohio

This company is very professional and does an outstanding job. Steve patched some nasty holes so well I can't see them anymore. Susan gave great advice regarding colors and other things which I really appreciated. Both painted the room so well that I can't stop looking at the amazing transformation their painting skills added to this room!

I got all my walls and ceilings painted upstairs, which took three days. Turnaround time from accepting the quote to getting the work done was less than two weeks, but it was between Christmas and New Year's, which may have had something to do with the quick timing. Everything went very well. Steve and Caitlin were easygoing and nice to have around the house in addition to doing the painting. I had one other quote that was about the same price from another small company, and all others from larger companies with multiple work crews were at least one-third more. So I was very pleased all around.

Creative Touch did a really nice job painting in our home. Steve and Caitlin are experienced, friendly, considerate, and obviously skilled. They were a well-oiled machine tackling the rooms and quirks of our home. The estimate was very reasonable for the work, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Creative Touch without hesitation.

Employees arrived at agreed upon time. Moved and covered furniture, also gave great feedback regarding color coordination and ceiling texture recommendation. I would rehire for additional work! Walls and ceiling look great!

Wonderful experience. They were very polite and then got down to business very efficiently. It took two painters much less time than I thought to do the job and My only regret is that I should have hired them sooner :).

My call for an estimate was returned promptly. Worked conveniently around my husband’s schedule as we had to schedule a month out. Sue, Steve and Kaitlyn were most personable, and professional. There was a spot on the wall that I requested be touched up and with no hesitation an appointment was scheduled. Sue herself showed up friendly as ever and gladly fixed the spot to my liking. Will schedule them again soon. Have already recommended them to a neighbor. Kudos on a job well done!

Based on their other reviews, I contacted Creative Touch about our painting needs. One of the owners came out to go over our project and provide an estimate. Sue explained in detail what they could do and how it could be accomplished. She even gave us ideas of things we could do to increase the home's marketability and sources for us to consider. Based on other estimates, we thought Creative Touch's estimate was reasonable so we accepted their offer. Sue and her team showed up on time and explained each day what they expected to do and moved furniture around as needed without our assistance. They worked around our schedules to make the job go as smooth as possible. Caitlind and Steve were very personable, knowledgeable, very professional and easy to get along with. We felt our home was in good hands. We are very pleased with the end result and expect to contact Sue for future painting projects!

Sue, Steve, and Caitlyn were fantastic. They did an awesome job and they personalities were so nice. They offered suggestions and gave some awesome tips on what to do with painting. They were there if I had any questions and if they had questions while painting they reached out to me before proceeding. Thanks to the three of you for an awesome experience and I will be using you again soon! Very professional!

This company is EXCEPTIONAL! Tremendous customer service and hard working, high quality team of painters! I hired for a certain number of hours and they exceeded my expectations in what they were able to accomplish! I will definitely hire again for future painting needs.

I called for a quote and my call was returned the next day and we set up a quote for the following Friday. The woman that came out told my husband that she would have a quote to us in a few days. Once a week passed, I called the number on the card she left and left a message. I didn't get a call back. I again called another week later but got no response. They obviously don't want to paint my interior walls but I would have appreciated a call back.

GREAT! Immediate response on the first phone call. Came out that day to do the estimate. Worked us in within the week for a two-day job. The place looks great! VERY satisfied. Helped us by eliminating certain pieces of the work to get to our price point.
