Their website mistakenly said they were open on Saturday. When I called, I reached a guy at home. He said he just needed to jump in the shower and take his child to a sitter and he'd be there. Since Angie's List had them listed as being open on Saturday, he honored that and only charged me a regular hours service charge of $59.95, rather than the larger after hours fee. Since all he had to do was clean the sensor, he didn't charge me any extra labor, although he also did check the system (as well as my gas fireplace) for carbon monoxide output.
Since the repair bill was so much cheaper than I expected, I ended up purchasing a 1 year furnace & A/C service agreement for only $110 which includes:
a complete tune-up of A/C in the spring and furnace in the fall, 15% discount on all parts and repairs, 10% off new installations, priority customer status, and 24 hour emergency service at the regular rate even during off hours
I think this is an amazing deal. If I had done that last fall, I would not have had this problem in the first place because that sensor would have already been cleaned. The repairman, Kyle, was friendly and professional. I asked him about installing a whole house humidifier to my furnace. He explained two different options and pretty much sold me on the cheaper option. I was happy he wasn't just trying to sell me on the most expensive way to go. Command Heating will be my go-to Heating and A/C place from here on out.

They were knowledgeable, timely, considerate, answered all of my questions (and I always have lots!). Tom, Mike and Kyle performed the services and we are very happy with our cool house especially since this summer has been so humid.
