Carpet One Floor & Home

My experience with Carpet One in Grove City was awful, not only was the owner unprofessional, but his crew was not qualified, it took multiple visits over the course of 2 months and my flooring is still not completed. I hired a different flooring contractor to finish and fix what the crew at Carpet One just left. The installation crew was dropped off at our home, and sadly for them they spoke no English and we could not communicate. The foreman or head installer dropped them off and left. There was no one here to make decision as far as the installation or its issues. I was given a story by the owner, stating he was not aware of this. Very unprofessional and incompetent. The last straw after many issues, some which were hazardous to my family, but still left incomplete, was for them to install a transition leading to a bathroom that made the door unable to close, their solution was to put a piece of tape on the floor stating that the door had to be trimmed, 3/8 of an inch, they did not take care of this. They just left it instead of using a different transition piece. I've tried to contact them and was ignored.
