The saw itself is worn but it worked great.

The purchase itself went fine. However, when I got the equipment home and put it to use. The equipment failed to do the job efficiently because the blade was dull. I decided to bring it back and bring their attention to this and the representative became and irate and unprofessional.

This is a small business that is very reasonably priced without charging hundreds of dollars for a deposit. All they needed was my drivers license. On my second encounter with them I had to rent a tiller because mine was broken. The guy who got me the tiller recommended a good service place to have it worked on since BTR does not service this brand. I was impressed he was suggesting a place to get my tiller fixed when I was renting one of theirs. I will definitely go back a third time!!!

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND THE EQUIPMENT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. I USED THE EDGER TO MAKE A GROOVE TO INSTALL A WIRE FOR AN INVISIBLE FENCE. I DID NOT RATE THEM ON QUALITY OR PUNCTUALITY SINCE I DID THE WORK AND PICKED UP THE EQ MYSELF. I PLAN ON GOING TO THEM FOR MY FUTURE RENTAL NEEDS.

I STOPPED AT BROADWAY TOOL RENTAL SEVERAL DAYS AHEAD OF TIME AND ARRANGED FOR A SKID-LOADER TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME. DENNIS HELPED ME DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT SIZE I NEEDED. WE ARRANGED A TIME FOR DELIVERY AND PICK UP AND HE WAS ON TIME BOTH TIMES. THE EQUIPMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WORKED PERFECTLY. THIS FAMILY-OPERATED BUSINESS PROVIDED VERY PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS SERVICE AND I WILL USE IT AGAIN.

MOWER HADN''T RUN IN 4 YEARS AND CORD WAS STRIPPED. HE FIXED IT W/IN 24 HOURS AND IT RUNS LIKE NEW. IN A WORLD OF C+ SERVICE, THEY ARE AN A+.
