If you want to pay the most exorbitant prices possible for your job, this is the company for you. “By the job” pricing is a rip-off, at least how these people use it. Every job is plugged into a category and prices are set by category. You might have a job that takes half an hour or one that takes 2 hours, but they’ll both be charged at the same (astronomic) rate. Had a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Needed new seals and maybe a section of plastic pipe replaced. Less than an hour job. Plumber came out and quoted $700. These people do not apply the $99 trip charge to repairs. After expressing outrage he lowered the quote to $400, plus the $99 trip charge. And tried to make it sound like he was doing a big favor. So $500 for a less than an hour job that even with $100 an hour for labor should have been $200 or so. I ate the trip charge and showed him the door. But if you like expensive plumbing repairs this is the place for you. No job too small to charge huge money for.

They did a excellent job. It was great experience.

At first it was going to take over a week for them to come and do the work, but they managed to get here in a couple days. Plumbers were pleasant and seemed to go a good job. Would hire again.

According to my calculation, the labor charge was more than $600.. That seems excessive to me.

Attempted to replace the cartridge for my shower/bath faucet. I’ve done it before, but ended up stripping the set screw on the faucet handle. They arrived promptly, and quickly drilled out the screw on the handle. They also replaced the cartridge for me, fixing the leak. I let them know I would get a new handle. The whole job took approximately 45 minutes; although, 5-10 minutes were spent talking on the phone about a different job. Great job overall until the asked for $217 for the work. I paid less, but I still feel I paid too much. Their prices will keep me from using them again.

The service was perfect, they were on time and called ahead, the service was done in a timely manner and it has worked correctly since then. I have also already recommended them to family

I can only say good things about this company. The work was excellent, the tech was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. When every you have natural gas work done it can be scary, but I have complete confidence that the job was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing done. They are my go-to from now on. Sorry I could not provide a photo of the work, but I ask them to hide the line as best as possible and they did. So there is no picture to take.

I'm going to be needing them again, so they will be out soon.  I want to use them again.  My husband was very impressed with the price.  They were very good.  They were very good on responsiveness.  They did call and they came on time.  So they were very good.  It's been a year.  They were very professional.  They showed us everything and did everything for us.  I have used them three times.  The price keeps me going back to them and again, they showed me what they were doing.  They did say I will need a new toilet in the future, but they weren't trying to sell it to me right then.  The bathroom ring took minutes.  The kitchen, of course, took longer because they did the garbage disposal.  That didn't take them long, about 1/2 hour.  I had stuff on my dryer, my laundry room is off my kitchen, and I had stuff on my dryer, but they told me they had to leave that stuff for legal reasons or something when they cleaned up, but they did a very good job of cleaning up.  They were very good.  I would recommend them to anybody.
