They were on time and did an excellent job. After the job, the clean-up was very thorough. There were no nails, etc, in the yard. Very professional.

We suffered wind damage to our roof with some of the latest storms that blew through central Ohio. Several shingles were dislodged from the top of our roof. We called the insurance company for an adjuster to come and look at the damage and ask them for a recommendation. They gave us All Inclusive Roofing as one possible company to call for an estimate. We called All Inclusive roofing to come and take a look at the roof (this was the second time shingles had come loose and we'd also been through several hail storms over the years, so we just weren't sure what kind of condition the roof was in) and to put a tarp over the damage until the insurance adjuster could come out and take a look. They showed up the same day we called, very responsive. They examined the roof and placed a tarp over the area. Unfortunately for us, they did not tell us, and my husband did not think to ask, what the price of placing a tarp over the damaged area would be. We were appalled to be asked to pay $350 for placing a folded up 8 x 10 tarp. That seemed awfully expensive for such a small area of damage and work of no more than 20 minutes time. Granted, it is a two story house and a pitched roof, but 20 mins work for putting a $20 tarp in place and charging $350 really surprised us.
I contacted the owner of All Inclusive Roofing and she was very understanding and ended up refunding us a portion of the price we paid for the tarp since the sales person did not tell us in advance what the price would be. We later learned from the insurance adjuster that $350 is about the going price for what roofers typically charge to put a tarp in place. We were considering returning the amount the owner had refunded us, but when we contacted another roofer to actually come out and do the repair, he indicated that he actually had to repair a much larger section to encompass all the nail hole damage from the placement of the tarp. I don't know if this is typical or if that additional damage could have been avoided.
All Inclusive's estimates were $400 to repair the small damaged area and $8,000 for a 3,000 sq ft roof. The adjuster indicated that we only needed the repair, that there was no damage to any other part of the roof. We contacted another roofer who made the repair for us for less than half of All Inclusive's quote and he came out same day for this small repair.
In summary, All Inclusive is very responsive and very professional. They may be competitive with other roofing companies, but they seemed to be on the expensive side for the services provided.

They did a good job installing my roof, did some caulking for me, which was over and above what I ask. Did a good job cleaning up after the job was over. I got 3 estimates and they were the highest, but felt the quality of work was worth the extra money.

Very well. I found the company on Angie's List. Got three quotes from roofing firms. All-Inclusive was the least expensive. Their representative came to look at the roof while I was not home and sent a quote by email. Joanne answered my questions by email. When I asked about increasing the thickness of the rubber from .045 to .060, she agreed without increasing the cost. I gave her the go-ahead on a Thursday, and she said she would have a crew out the next Tuesday. That day it rained heavily and the crew did not come, but they worked the next two days to complete the job. There was some water damage to the plywood underneath and a "sag" in the roof which hindered drainage. I had mentioned the "sag" to Joanna, but was not sure what the crew would do and how much a fix would cost. When they were done, I saw that the crew had built up the area with two by fours on the beams before installing the new plywood. They only charged me the material cost of the plywood (actually at a rate lower than in the contract) with no additional charge. Their clean-up was quick and thorough. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and the final product. My only disappointment was that the rubber roof was put down in four sections. I had been expecting two sections (though, to be fair, I had not specified this with All-Inclusive), which would have resulted in fewer seams and fewer opportunities for future leaks. However, the seams do appear to be well done.

They came right out to my house to show me samples. They took measurements and gave us an estimate. They did the whole job in one day's time. Our shed looks great and we are happy.

Excellent. They gave me an estimate within a week of calling and had finished the job by the next week. With roofing you have to get lucky with the weather, but their responsiveness was far above all others I have tried.

The roof looks fantastic, and the price was definitely right. The crew was very professional and although it took longer than quoted, it was acceptable due to the heat. My only negative would be that I felt more care could have been taken with my landscaping. Although somewhat trampled, all plants survived. Joe was very prompt, contacting me immediately and scheduling the job within days of my accepting his contract. A window well cover and plastic drain pipe were damaged during the job and Joe had them replaced with new the same day. I would definately recommend this company to anyone and in fact, already have.

Joe came out on a holiday weekend in between storms to perform his work. Made visit same day was called. I was impressed he didn't say I needed to have the entire roof replaced.
