They were on time and did an excellent job. After the job, the clean-up was very thorough. There were no nails, etc, in the yard. Very professional.

After being referred to All-Inclusive by a contractor and reading reviews on Angieslist, I called the company for an estimate. They promptly looked at the house and gave me an estimate that I found very reasonable. I decided to go ahead with the project, and they scheduled the work for the following Tuesday (6/11). That Tuesday morning, I received a phone call from Joanna saying that the crew had arrived and decided they couldn't do the work because the roof was and quot;too steepand quot;. It's an older home, and although it is steeper than most of the houses on my street, it's a typical Victorian style house, with what I consider to be a typical roof. The company had already been to the house twice (once for the estimate, and once to meet with me to pick shingles), so it surprised me that if the steepness of the roof would be an issue, that it wasn't already addressed. Joanna was very apologetic, and told me that her crew was supposed to have stopped by the house over the weekend to look at the roof but they didn't, so we rescheduled tentatively for the following Friday (6/14). On Friday Joanna called and said they couldn't make it, so we would have to reschedule for next Tuesday (6/18), weather permitting. Due to the rain on Tuesday, the work was rescheduled for Wednesday (6/19). I stopped by the house on Wednesday morning before work and saw two guys there with a dumpster. They apparently left after I did. I spoke with Joanna again, and she assured me that there would be a crew there working by the afternoon. At lunch time I came to the house, and there was still no one there. I was told again that a crew would be there later in the afternoon, and since the work would be starting later, they would probably only get the front porch section done and then would finish Thursday. At 6:30pm on Wednesday, I went to the house and saw that no work had been done. Joanna was there, and told me she was just waiting for the crew to get there and that they would for sure have at least the front porch done that evening. About an hour later, she called me and said they were just going to wait until Thursday to do all the work. This morning I went to the house to respond to an (unrelated) burglar alarm at the house, and a crew showed up while I was there. The materials had been picked up the night before (so as not to be stolen-- which I appreciated), but weren't there at the time I and the crew were there. Three hours later, the materials had arrived, but the crew had left and hadn't come back. Finally, after several calls back and forth with Joanna, a roofing supervisor showed up. He asked my roommate (who was monitoring the project while I was at work) where the crew was. Obviously, we did not know. He stated that the crew had requested more money for doing the work on such a and quot;steep roofand quot;. That was the final straw for me. I called Joanna and told her we were canceling the work. Joanna was again very apologetic, and I do feel like she tried to handle the situation as professionally as she could, but it wasn't enough to keep me as a customer.

We need email to re-emphasize these points and give us a better quote, as we do want to deal with Grove City area co,.
Description of Work
please email the specifics of your best quote to carolminnich1@gmail.com; we wanted to use a co, close to Grove City. Also include what temperature would affect the bonding agent/sealer to be used on the rubber roofing. Can we still do this early November? Indicate specifics of how the sloping would be done to second floor and whether water could be sloped to the NE corner and down spouted out, not requiring gutters on the perimeter. What is the most cost effective way to slope, put down rubber roof and then cover with floor material; if in the event of a leak, is there an easy way to pull that floor covering to repair a specific leak? How long do you warranty, but then, how long would you do repairs on a leak? Can the same flooring material be used on the 1str floor porch as the second? There is no sloping; would it be better to remove the sub structure and be able to sweep the lower level, for instance.

We suffered wind damage to our roof with some of the latest storms that blew through central Ohio. Several shingles were dislodged from the top of our roof. We called the insurance company for an adjuster to come and look at the damage and ask them for a recommendation. They gave us All Inclusive Roofing as one possible company to call for an estimate. We called All Inclusive roofing to come and take a look at the roof (this was the second time shingles had come loose and we'd also been through several hail storms over the years, so we just weren't sure what kind of condition the roof was in) and to put a tarp over the damage until the insurance adjuster could come out and take a look. They showed up the same day we called, very responsive. They examined the roof and placed a tarp over the area. Unfortunately for us, they did not tell us, and my husband did not think to ask, what the price of placing a tarp over the damaged area would be. We were appalled to be asked to pay $350 for placing a folded up 8 x 10 tarp. That seemed awfully expensive for such a small area of damage and work of no more than 20 minutes time. Granted, it is a two story house and a pitched roof, but 20 mins work for putting a $20 tarp in place and charging $350 really surprised us. I contacted the owner of All Inclusive Roofing and she was very understanding and ended up refunding us a portion of the price we paid for the tarp since the sales person did not tell us in advance what the price would be. We later learned from the insurance adjuster that $350 is about the going price for what roofers typically charge to put a tarp in place. We were considering returning the amount the owner had refunded us, but when we contacted another roofer to actually come out and do the repair, he indicated that he actually had to repair a much larger section to encompass all the nail hole damage from the placement of the tarp. I don't know if this is typical or if that additional damage could have been avoided. All Inclusive's estimates were $400 to repair the small damaged area and $8,000 for a 3,000 sq ft roof. The adjuster indicated that we only needed the repair, that there was no damage to any other part of the roof. We contacted another roofer who made the repair for us for less than half of All Inclusive's quote and he came out same day for this small repair. In summary, All Inclusive is very responsive and very professional. They may be competitive with other roofing companies, but they seemed to be on the expensive side for the services provided.
Description of Work
The provided an estimate for repairs and put a tarp in place on the roof to protect the house until the insurance adjuster could make it out to look at the roof.

They did a good job installing my roof, did some caulking for me, which was over and above what I ask. Did a good job cleaning up after the job was over. I got 3 estimates and they were the highest, but felt the quality of work was worth the extra money.

Very well. I found the company on Angie's List. Got three quotes from roofing firms. All-Inclusive was the least expensive. Their representative came to look at the roof while I was not home and sent a quote by email. Joanne answered my questions by email. When I asked about increasing the thickness of the rubber from .045 to .060, she agreed without increasing the cost. I gave her the go-ahead on a Thursday, and she said she would have a crew out the next Tuesday. That day it rained heavily and the crew did not come, but they worked the next two days to complete the job. There was some water damage to the plywood underneath and a "sag" in the roof which hindered drainage. I had mentioned the "sag" to Joanna, but was not sure what the crew would do and how much a fix would cost. When they were done, I saw that the crew had built up the area with two by fours on the beams before installing the new plywood. They only charged me the material cost of the plywood (actually at a rate lower than in the contract) with no additional charge. Their clean-up was quick and thorough. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and the final product. My only disappointment was that the rubber roof was put down in four sections. I had been expecting two sections (though, to be fair, I had not specified this with All-Inclusive), which would have resulted in fewer seams and fewer opportunities for future leaks. However, the seams do appear to be well done.

The roof looks fantastic, and the price was definitely right. The crew was very professional and although it took longer than quoted, it was acceptable due to the heat. My only negative would be that I felt more care could have been taken with my landscaping. Although somewhat trampled, all plants survived. Joe was very prompt, contacting me immediately and scheduling the job within days of my accepting his contract. A window well cover and plastic drain pipe were damaged during the job and Joe had them replaced with new the same day. I would definately recommend this company to anyone and in fact, already have.
