I called them early and explained to them that my husband had a doctor’s appointment at noon. They wanted to come out at 1, however they eventually decided they would come out from 6-8. After 6:30 I called, and they said they would be out soon. I waited longer, and they never came out and when I called them it went straight to voicemail.

They came over as soon as they were available. The gentleman that did the work was very friendly and personable. He figured out the problem and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. He charged a very reasonable price.

It is terrible. First the company came and re-wired the furnace so it would work until they had gotten authorization from our warranty company to do the repairs. They then charged us $1200 and said they were practically rebuilding the furnace. Two weeks later we lost heat again, and the furnace was behaving the same way. They got more repairs authorized by the warranty group- the maximum they would allow- now totaling $1500, and did the repairs. One week later we lost heat again, and the furnace is again, behaving the exact same way. This time after repeated attempts to get them here to fix it they are not responding to our calls and we have no more money through the warranty company to get it fixed.
