Initially, demo went quickly and construction of the interior shower wall went smoothly.  Wall was built, tile went down on the floor and we were cruising right along.  However, we hit a snag when they took on another "job".  We were happy to work with them, just wish they could have given us notice as to when they would arrive... many times not until afternoon.  Our looming problem right now is that Mr. Blankenship is in Florida and has not returned to finish the job (install the vanity, granite top, granite shower ledge and kickplate as well as fine tune the shower and other items on our "punch list".  
Granted, we knew they were heading to Florida after Christmas, but we were assured they were coming back in January, now it is the end of February and they are not returning our calls or responding to our emails.  The tile work is great and they were priced competitively so once/if they come back and finish the job we would be happy to share pictures of his work, but the lack of a courtesy reply is so vary frustrating and ever so unprofessional.  I know he has family in the area and he prided himself on the business his dad had built, so this is doubly discouraging that he would leave us in limbo like this with his reputation on the line.
 UPDATE:  It is now August and Mr. Blankenship has contacted us a few times and is aware the job is unfinished, and has left messages for us stating that very thing.  He thinks we should just hire someone else to finish the job.  We are not unreasonable and not picky customers; he and his assistant just take on more than they can deliver.  I would not recommend them.

Service was slow to start but the work looked amazing. Would like to have had more of a schedule and more communication on start times but overall the work that was completed was very nice. The cost was very reasonable and the work was finished in the amount of time that was quoted.
