replacement windows
 + -1 moreI had contacted approximately 10 different windows companies. Rob Cooper was the first to contact me. He had left a voice mail. By the time I listened to the voice mail it was after business hours. I called early the next business day. An appointment was set up for a couple of days later in the evening. That evening came and no Rob, nor phone call. I have not had contact with him since the initial conversation.
Description of Work: No services performed. Rep did not show up.
