We are a full service home improvement company for the exterior of your home. By that i mean, we sell, install and service all the products we carry. All work is done by our empoloyees only. We are a small company, so your satisfaction is important to us as well. We do not use any sub-contractors for anything. We offer free in-home estimates for your project. There is never a trip charge or service fee even after the sale. We offer a 5% discout for internet users. Western Ohio Glass Co. Window Service
I had contacted approximately 10 different windows companies. Rob Cooper was the first to contact me. He had left a voice mail. By the time I listened to the voice mail it was after business hours. I called early the next business day. An appointment was set up for a couple of days later in the evening. That evening came and no Rob, nor phone call. I have not had contact with him since the initial conversation.
