 + -1 moreIt turned out really good. The first stem they put in was bad. However, they came right out and put in a new that is working good. The guy seemed a little grumpy or agitated because he had to come back. He did bring his boss with him the 2nd time that is why I graded them a B for professionalism.
Description of Work: They put a stem in my bathtub faucet.
