 + -1 moreThey are very courteous and they listen to you. Several people, as I was going down the isles, asked me if I needed help. They were very helpful and spoke to me as they were walking by. They talked to me in laymen terms and understood my simple questions about products I did not know about.
Description of Work: I have been using Lowe's lately. I am going to be using them for a project I am getting ready to start.

Description of Work: ask to have a estimate for a roof replacement.........salesman showed up..5-21-12............... wrote up estimate based on an old estimate, told me i only had 4 days to accept bid or price would go up......... i called salesman back 2 days later to check items on roof estimate that might be extra......... was unable to reach him before his deadline was past., salesman called back the following week to try and redo his estimate and change his offer on total price. i told him no, that i had found a more thorough salesman at another company and i was giving them my business.. i felt loew's salesman was more interested in a signed contract then providing good customer service.
