 + -1 moreWe contacted this company to clean our airducts. This appears to be a family run business and everyone was super friendly. We had some trouble with scheduling (they are apparently a popular company) and I would have rated them a "B" for this category except that I feel they made up for some missed calls by reaching out to follow through after I had dropped the ball. This company was responsive to our requests (we didn't want any chemicals used) and a pleasure to do business with. They arrived when they were supposed to and spent extra time and energy giving information and advice.
