THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING UP ANY MEDICAL, IT MAY BE BLOCKED BY THE FILTERING SYSTEM. ALSO WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND OFFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS $19.95/MONTH.
