HORRIBLE. PATTI URBATIS WAS INITIALLY GOOD, HOWEVER AS THE WEEKS WORE ON THE COMMUNICATION WITH US DIED OFF. NOW SHE WILL NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS TO TELL US IF SHE IS LETTING US CANCEL OUR SALES CONTRACT WITH HER. SHE IS HOLDING OUR HOME HOSTAGE 2000 MILES AWAY BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SITUATION, LOSING SLEEP AND AM CONSIDERING HIRING A LAWYER.
