HORRIBLE. PATTI URBATIS WAS INITIALLY GOOD, HOWEVER AS THE WEEKS WORE ON THE COMMUNICATION WITH US DIED OFF. NOW SHE WILL NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS TO TELL US IF SHE IS LETTING US CANCEL OUR SALES CONTRACT WITH HER. SHE IS HOLDING OUR HOME HOSTAGE 2000 MILES AWAY BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS SITUATION, LOSING SLEEP AND AM CONSIDERING HIRING A LAWYER.
Description of Work: PATTI URBATIS, THE BROKER FOR THIS REALTY, LISTED OUR HOME FOR SALE IN GRANVILLE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL US WEEKLY WITH AN UPDATE, WHICH THEY FREQUENTLY FORGOT TO DO. WHEN SHE DID CALL, PATTI WOULD SAY SHE HAD NO INFORMATION SINCE SHE WASN'T AT THE OFFICE. AFTER 3 MONTHS WE FAXED A LETTER TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AND REMOVE THE HOME FROM THE MARKET AND SHE DID NOT RESPOND. WE FAXED AGAIN A WEEK LATER AND WERE TOLD THAT SHE WILL NO LONGER TALK TO US, ONLY VIA WRITING. AT THIS TIME WE ARE 2000 MILES AWAY AND DO NOT KNOW IF OUR HOME IS STILL ON THE MARKET!
