OMEGA PEST CONTROL

Called and left a message on Thanksgiving weekend and he was out there the very next Monday.  Appointment was for 2 pm and he was right on time.   Explained thoroughly what he was he was using (Sevin-like dust) and what we should expect.  Since we have the old rope and pulley windows which have holes where the insects can escape back into the house, he asked me to stop up those holes with cotton.  Took him about 5 minutes total to dust and then he also gave me a duster to take care of another nest that was below our second story eaves.  He does not make it a practice of carrying a long ladder, and we had just sold ours.  So I will be asking our roofer to help with this second dusting this winter.

He was wonderful. They got back to me immediately. He showed up when he said he would come. Told me exactly what was wrong and how he would fix the problem and very nice person.

I've been very pleased with the treatment provided by Omega.

We had yellow jackets nesting in the stone retainer wall in our front yard. After trying for 2 weeks and many cans of spray to get rid of them, we called Omega. Dave came out the same day, was pleasant and efficient, and the wasps were gone that very night. We know who we'll call immediately if they decide to move back in!

We just bought a new house. He made an appointment. Inspected the house. We have a lock box on the house so he left the paperwork where he said he would and explained in detail what he found on the paperwork. He also made a follow up call in the evening after I had got off work.

The tech was very professional. He called early in the day to confirm the the appointment time. He arrived on time, treated the problem, checked for other problems, and explained my options thoroughly.

He's great. We've used him before for our barn because we had hornets in there. He took care of everything. He's great and wonderful. He explains everything and he brought us literature. He's very punctual. He's fabulous. We would absolutely use him again. We love him; he's a really good guy.

Their treatment worked and we had no problems thereafter. They came when they said would and they didn’t bother us. We were very pleased with their price as it was reasonable.

We asked Omega to eliminate several wasp/yellow jacket nests that had been built behind our house's aluminum siding and many of the metal shutters and to advise us on eliminating the variety of small rodents who persisted in living in the basement of the house despite our efforts with traps. A representative came the same day he picked up the message (I called Friday afternoon and he came Monday noon), sprayed for the wasps, distributed poisoned bait for the basement mice/voles/etc. and advised us on how to rid the attic of them as well. He worked quickly, but also took the time to explain the treatments and options to us. We will definitely use Omega again!

The owner came and looked for entry points for unknown animals that were living in my ceiling. They left poisoned bait in the ceiling and attic.
