Chris came out knew exactly what we needed and priced it right. He was prompt and although the job took longer than expected he worked into the night (9:30p) to make sure it was perfect and complete. Great Job.

He cleaned all our windows (over 55), he cleaned the screens and around the ledges. He is such a perfectionist.

I recently moved to Asheville and the windows in the rental house had not been cleaned in a few years. There are a lot of windows in the house. Chris was here nearly 7 hours cleaning inside and out and did a thorough job. He mentioned he didn't realize the job would take as long as he estimated so I threw in an additional $20 from his $240 quote. He didn't ask for it, I just thought it was fair. Everything was done as I asked, including finding screens in the attic, cleaning them and installing. My only complaint was that the window frames, outer edges, were not wiped of spider webs and bugs. There were a lot of spiders and he got the ones off some of the edges but not others. I would definitely hire him again.

Chris was very prompt in arriving to give an estimate. He was also able to accommodate my needs by rearranging his schedule to get my windows done when I needed. He was very careful in bringing in all his ladders and equipment. He also was cautious about by one cat that likes to 'door dash' and try to get outside. He did a great job, my windows have never looked so clean!!

Our house is old and the windows had not been cleaned well following several rounds of painting, it appeared. Chris has the knowledge, experience and equipment to do it right, and he worked and worked on them until they sparkled. Besides, he was a delight to have around.

Chris is very prompt. Per our first phone conversation, Chris said he would come out in a couple of days and give me an estimate. I happened to be there at the rental (mobile home) when he showed up. Very personable and likable. He gave me a quote. I hired him on the spot. Chris came out the next Saturday did the job. Showed up on time. Did excellent job. My husband said the windows hadn't looked that good in 25 years. Chris is a full time school teacher. His window cleaning is mainly shut down during the winter months. Chris was nice enough to do the job for me, even though it was winter.

Chris was neat, professional and personable. He took lots of time to remove old paint and stains and did an excellent job. He came when scheduled and worked overtime. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
