Because the new roof is still under warranty, Mr. Howarth was referred to this job by the roofing company. He responded to my call and came over to assess the job promptly. However, he did not get back to me until I called him 2 weeks later to set up a schedule. He was very organized and meticulous with his work. The ceiling looked perfect afterwards. However, the inside of the skylight window did not seemed to be painted all around.
