They were extremely responsive. I was able to schedule approx one week after calling (they would have come sooner, I needed time to prepare) They showed at the scheduled time and Mr. Downey, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again.

They were very efficient at precleaning and setting up their equipment, and finisahed the job within the hour.

The cleaning went very well. The carpets looked great and the tile and grout looked even better. Downey's also does a follow-up call and letter to be sure everything went well. They came back, free of charge, to clean cat spots that still smelled. Excellent company and I will use them again.

Went well. There is still odor in one of the rugs, but I think the rug might need to be replaced. Definitely improved the look of our other rugs. They needed to be cleaned pretty badly.!

They did a great job! Arrived early and finished in about an hour. Keep in mind I have a small home. The carpets turned out great. We have a lot of foot traffic and dogs so our carpets can get pretty dingy looking. All of the spots were completely gone. Also left a fresh smell that was not unbearably strong. Couldn't beat it for the price. They were able to come out on Saturday too which was very convenient for our schedules!

I purchased the voucher for 3 bedrooms to be cleaned and added our living/dining space. Setting up the time was very easy and fast. We were able to schedule just a few days in advance. The 2 men that arrived were very nice and answered all of our questions. The carpets looked great when they left. I will definitely use Downey again.

Prompt, thorough and courteous

Great. The two young men arrived within the target time period. They came in and looked at the areas to be cleaned. A pre-treater was sprayed on the carpets and they cleaned the carpets. They removed 99% of the stained areas. We have pets. the one area that did not recover as well as the others is purely the fault of the carpet and not the cleaning, and it is more of a wear pattern rather than the carpet being dirty. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

Did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. I was concerned about having it dry fully before we had company arriving in 2 days, but I was assured it would be fine, and it was. Stains were fully removed, carpets weren't left excessively wet, the cleaners were very nice, and the price was very fair. We highly recommend them.

Very professional team.  Arrived exactly on time, moved furniture and followed up with a call two days later to ensure we were happy.  Also sent a handwritten thank you note.  Amazing service.  Will definitely keep them on our list!

The business is operated out of they Downey home and that is where I dropped off my two rugs. One was a hand loomed sculpted wool area rug, about 4x5, and the other was a standard runner with fringe on the ends, about 3x8. Everyone I met was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
 Mr. Downey said he notify me when the rugs were done and about a three weeks later I got a call that I could pick them up or have them delivered. I picked them up and paid the very reasonable cost for cleaning.
The rugs look brand new.
I am very glad to have found this local provider and recommend them without reservation.
