Pump repaired but not able to change bulb due to damage to entire unit. Unable at this time to replace entire unit due to location of junction box inaccessible at this time.

They gave me a certain price and said if there was going to be anything extra they would come to me and ask me about it. For example my ladder pads and the baskets that held the pool were broken and they asked me if I would like to have new ones instead of going ahead and doing it on their own. They guy who performed the job worked really fast. He showed me all the chemicals that they put in. He claimed he could give me chemicals at a cheaper price. He was very professional and precise. He was clear about what he was asking and informing me about what I needed to clean my pool. He is also going to teach my daughter how to vacuum the pool. He called and informed me that he would be late by half an hour from the actual scheduled time. He followed up and was really good. I would use him again in the future.

We hired Todd from Clear Pool and Spa last summer to install a vinyl inground pool. Todd was excellent to deal with. He was always available to answer questions and if he did not know the answer he was very quick to find out! We trust his services so much that this spring when we open the pool we hired him again to install an automation system for us and to convert the pool to a Salt Water Chlorine Generator. Todds customer service is absolutely outstanding.
