OUR BANK ONE REP WAS SO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL DURING THE HOME BUYING PROCESS. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND FOLLOWED UP DURING THE HOUSE HUNTING PROCESS TO SEE IF WE HAD QUESTIONS. THE SERVICE WAS VERY PERSONAL FOR SUCH A LARGE COMPANY.
