OSBORNE CONCRETE AND STONE CO

Had a small communication error but Ed made it right.

The limestone itself was fine, and I was able to schedule delivery for the same day, which was very helpful. When I was placing the order on the phone, we had a discussion to determine how much stone I would need for the project. I had an amount figured out, and wanted to verify it. The person on the phone led me to believe that I would need more than I actually had planned for, so I ordered his suggested amount. It ended up being way too much. When the delivery arrived, the driver checked the location of the shed site, and made the recommendation that the truck could safely drive through the left side yard of the house and across the back yard to the area where the stone needed to be without causing too much lawn damage. I take part of the responsibility for allowing him to drive on the lawn, but in the end it was a very poor recommendation. The truck left deep tire ruts, and I have had two truck load of dirt delivered since and have yet to get the grass to grow again.
