Fredebaugh came out the same day we called to look at the failed pump. They spent a great deal of time identifying the lowest cost options for us, including giving us a list of parts we could buy that he would use to repair the pump. Ultimately, some parts were not available so he found us the best deal he could on a new pump and tank. Once he had all the parts, they finished the job in about half of a workday. Both father and son were a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to help us restore our water as cost-effectively as possible. The final bill ended up being less than 1/3 the estimate we received by a much larger plumbing service that came to look at the problem.

He was free to offer advise to fix the problem and did not try to get easy money from me. He could have just told me when he would be out and charge me $95 for a service call. Very professional and helpful. He returned my call promptly after I called to let him know his advise worked and provided further info to prevent future freezing. Excellent service. Ran out of water on Tues. Called Fredebaugh on Tues. afternoon. They came out and checked the situation on Tues. late afternoon. Showed up on schedule on Wed. and they were done in 2 hours. Had all the water I needed as they had resupplied me with 100 gallons to my reservior tanks.

It went great. My pump is running normally now. I will be able to see about the sediment when I change the filters next time. I was also very relieved about the price. I thought it would be a lot more for what they did.

Fredebaugh Well Drilling company did the original work on my well back in 1988. I have used them twice since then to do minor service to the pump and they are really professional to work with. I called in the morning to say I had no water and they came right away to fix the problem. They made suggestions for work that can be done in the future and will be sending me an estimate. The service was very affordable and they took the time to explain the work they were doing. I will gladly use them in the future.
