I am a widow and still working full time. Mark even admitted to the fact that he got away with up charging me. Almost everything that he did, I needed to have redone. For example, when I used the washer, the entire laundry room flooded, because he did not have sufficient insulation  for the outside wall. He had absolutely no insulation in the ceiling of the room. We could not keep it warm. I found that later his workers were literally going fishing in the pond when they should have been working on my home, and charged for their time. One of the electrical contractors that he brought in stole a lot of paint and other materials. I reported this to Mark, and nothing was done.  I told him that I would never have him back!

I went to my attorney, Richard Chase, and after sending me bills on discovery for a few months, ended up telling me Mark Johnston went into bankruptcy.
