Independent Overhead Door

The owner, Mike Marr, is exceptionally honest and professional, plus proficient at what he does.  His response to our phone call may have been delayed, but he personally handles all his service calls via his cell phone, so if he's on another project, he will not answer his phone immediately (and if he's on "my project," I wouldn't want numerous phone calls to interrupt his work).  Mike iprovided us information and pricing immediately, which were lower than other companys' responses.  Once the door arrived, he was installing it within a short time after.  Installation was fast (less than a day), and he was very neat with the work area, particularly cleaning up after the project was complete.    Mike fixed our 30-year-old existing garage door on our house earlier and was very quick with the repair.   We were impressed that he didn't try to sell us a new door at higher costs; he honestly suggested that only a repair would be needed with replacement of a part.  We so appreciated his honesty and fairness.  We will always call Mike for our overhead doors...new or repair.
