Never showed up, no phone calls, I called their office 3 times and was reassured each time "someone" was going to be there. Nothing, not one call back for any reasons or excuses! Called someone else (Bluflame) and they were there withing an hour!

Replaced humidifier filter. Everything else was fine. I have used this company for many years and have been very happy with them. I am on an annual contract with them that provides for 2 checkups per year (one for furnace and one for a/c).

Came out in the morning to un-install the unit. The company was then contacted later in the day to let them know that it was still ok for next morning installation. No response, until later Wednesday evening, which then they could no longer come out until Thursday. Was put on the appointment schedule for first thing (or so we were told) Thursday morning. Still no response, and no a/c. Didn't get a response again until Friday, technician/owner had forgotten to get to our house for the installation and would do it first thing Saturday morning. With the very un-professional phone tag, we finally had a technician come out and hook back up our A/C unit Sunday afternoon. After also again, being told first thing Sunday morning. They are very hard to get in contact with and cannot meet promised times.

very quick response, informed me of all that was being done and why. friendly. gave me tips on how to keep things proper. signed up for annual service.

We've been doing business with Horner for about 25 years.  Jeanette and Jim Horner originally built the business and trained the current owner.
The owner, Dave, took over when the previous owners retired.  
Dave has continued the excellent work and loves the problem solving aspect of the business.  He can fix anything pluming, heating, and air conditioning related.
Reasonable and thorough! 
He does not advertise - doesn't need to.
