Very knowledgeable and prompt.  Had a question for him two weeks later that related to the furnace repair that required him to return to the residence; and within an hour after the call, he was at the residence, and looked at the question presented and answered to my satisfaction. Very honest and dependable!

When we made an appointment for an estimate, Cliff was a few minutes early and gave a very thorough explanation about what the problem was and what options we had for a replacement. When we called Cliff back to tell him that we wanted to go with the Heil a/c unit, he told us that he could schedule us the next morning at 10:30am. At 10:25am, Cliff arrived with another service person in a separate van and they proceeded to unload the new equipment. Within 3 hours, our new a/c was installed and everything was cleaned up and they were done with the job. They not only installed a new condenser outside and coil inside, but I believe they installed new copper tubing and a new pipe to connect everything. My husband came home for lunch, saw them at work and was impressed with the quality of their work. Our overall impression is that Cliff is a straight shooter and is not out to oversell your needs. We would definitely recommend him and if we need anything in the future, I would not hesitate to call him.
