The worker came on the day after Christmas (despite the snowstorm), and there was no charge to fix the problem. Service was kind, prompt, and professional.

It may seem odd...but i never met the contractor face to face. He came recommended to me by another contractor working at the home, and we then handled the whole transaction by phone. I got online, picked out the door, and then picked put the windows. He went to the house, checked the sizing, called with a price and ordered the door. Two days later, he called..the door was in! I then made arrangements to leave a check with the other contractor...Mr. Hudak came the next day, removed the old door and all the old hardware, installed and set upe the new door...connecting my old opener to it..adjusted new door..hauled away EVERYTHING from the old door...and we are VERY happy with both the quality of the door and the installation labor. The price was close to the same as others we checked..but are glad we went with them.
