The internet service cuts out 2-3 times a day. They are only in the office from 9-5 and do not take calls after that, nor do they respond to your message within a 2 week time period. Horrible company, horrible service. And nothing you can do about it because there is not a single other ISP in the area. Absolutely disputed with them and the excuse of an internet company they claim to be.

They never seem to find a problem...so life goes on...the techs are always polite and from i can see are doing their jobs. Management on the other hand is hard to reach or to ever get a reply from when i do leave a message. They do not charge for checking outside lines, but the amount i pay for the channels i receive and the quality, is way too much. I don't even try to contact them much anymore, unless picture is out completely. Too much aggravation...they take my money and i hope to see the channels i pay for. There are no other Cable companies in my area.
Description of Work: I have always had fair to poor reception, so i have them come out whenever I can to check outside wires and connections(maybe 2-3 times a year). They continually tell me i am at the end of the line, so its the best i will get..and everything looks fine on the connections.
