Jeremy Falknowski, was very professional, explained each test that he performed, answered all the questions I had. It was very nice to have him respond as quickly as he did, you can certainly tell he cares about his customers. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone having the same issue I have.

He took the time to educate us and show us everything that needed attention as well as answer all of our questions! He is the best inspector we've ever used hands down and he is very reasonably priced. The inspection report is thorough and lengthy yet a simple reference for recommended updates and repairs.
