It was good. It was just normal. They went out and got the carpet. They have a good price compared to the other places we looked. I guess it was quality. They came, installed it and we were done.

The Designer and staff were very helpful throughout the entire process.

I enjoyed doing business with this company. The saleswoman, Angie, was very helpful as well as the owner. She came out and measured and even offered advice for which way to run the laminate, etc. I was originally planning on getting the laminate at a home improvement store, as I figured it would be way too expensive at this place. However, that wasn't the case at all. It was very comparable and I ened up getting the laminate with them as well. Basically, I told Angie what I wanted and she showed me some options from their remnant section in the warehouse, one of which was exactly what I was seeking. It was a high quality carpet at a really nice price, since it was a remnant. I expected to pay extra for the pad, but then found out it was included-not just a thin pad but a good quality pad. I went with that and chose a beautiful laminate as well. A friend was going to lay the laminate for me so arrangements were made to pick it up before getting the carpet installed. When I called before picking it up on the date advised to stop in, I was told the trim pieces in the color I chose were out of stock so it hadn't been delivered yet. My friend was planning on laying the laminate that weekend and his schedule was somewhat full after that, so I really needed the laminate now. The owner told me that if I was ok with choosing a slightly different color of trim, they would actually drive to the warehouse and pick up the laminate and trim and deliver it all to my house the next day. I went into their shop and the trim they suggested was barely distinguishable from the laminate I was getting so I took them up on their offer. They delivered it to my living room the next day, which was more than enough to compensate for the trim being slightly different from the laminate. I wasn't there when the carpet installation was done, but they did an excellent job and I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the carpet or laminate. I went with a small business because the service is usually better, and it indeed was great. They want you to be a happy customer and it shows. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

They did an excellent job and we would definitely hire them again. They were not originally going to do the back splashes in the master bath, but the other company did a lousy job and and so I asked Designer's Choice to schedule the back splashes in the bathroom at the last minute. Even though Greg's schedule was fully booked prior to his vacation, he made it a point to install the tile late Friday and grout on Saturday to finish the job.
