delivery service
 + -1 moreI called at 30% on Dec 4 and was told to expect delivery in 5 days. Then a blizzard hit. On Monday 12/11, there was still no delivery of the propane and my tank getting dangerously low. I have called each day this week, six times total now, and have been told each time that the dispatcher has scheduled delivery. Most recently was 12/13 at 5:30 PM when the dispatcher himself told me he would have a truck out first thing in the morning on 12/14. It is now 2:30 PM and no truck. I am now at 5% in my tank. We have lowered the temperature setting in the house, put on new blankets, and built fires. The only thing that has kept us from running out of propane has been unusually warm weather of this week. If it had been as it was last week, I would be out of fuel five days ago. Each time I call, a new person tells me a delivery is coming that day. Tens days have passed with no delivery.
Description of Work: I am an on call propane customer. I am instructed to call when my tank is at 30%.
