Excellent! This project involved painting a study, caulking a kitchen countertop and making a repair to a finished drywall ceiling. Steve arrived, laid down a plastic walk-way from the front door and wore shoe covers while in my home. He carefully painted the study walls. You wouldn't believe how well Steve can and quot;cut inand quot; the walls by hand. Perfectly straight lines. You have to see it to believe it.
In general, Steve is the ultimate professional, knows how to care for his customers, and does extremely high-quality work. He has painted, caulked and repaired drywall for me for years and each time I am amazed at the quality and attention to detail for a fair price. Steve arrives when he says he will, respects your home as if it were his own, does what he says he will do and isn't afraid to turn down work that doesn't match his skill set. Steve (Zeinner) and his employees are extremely friendly and professional. Since March, I have had them come back and stain/paint our deck and they are now painting the exterior trim and garage door. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Zeinner Homes!
