He was excellent. As a matter of fact I had to call him to fix what the previous person did. His price was very reasonable. He was very quick. He knew his work very well and everything. The floor look beautiful. I even took pictures of it what it look like before and after. He is a real nice guy. I would highly recommend him.

Sanding and inlay was good. Stain applied then immediately started to first coat poly. Because stain needs to dry first {off gas}, this created gas bubbles in the poly. I told them not to coat with poly before allowing to dry...they did anyway,.. and had to re-sand...twice
They filled nail holes with the wrong filler....which eventually popped out. {directions right on the tube of filler} I fired them after not following directions {Poly coat and stain manufactures directions} Still, I gave them 800 dollars.
I re-sanded and finished the floor myself. Later, after moving things back into the room, I found that an antique was missing. I called and complained. I would not let these guys {dad and son} into my house!
Working for the master????? Yea, right.
So, now that they have my complaint and know me and my address, Should I be fearful of reprisal?

From start to finish, the contractor was informative and professional. He was punctual with returning phone calls and completing the job at hand. Cannot say one bad thing.

He was excellent and extremely reasonable. The price was, like, $1.25 per square foot. He provided what he said he was going to provide, and the work was done at the time he said it would be done. The work that he did was very, very good.
