Scott was on time , very capable. I now have sparkling windows and clean screens. He even washed my storm door and garage window and door. I was very pleased with his work. The poor fellow was stung on the chest and leg from bees but continued his work. He also gave me cleaning advice and tips for certain items.

The overall experience was very good. He was on time, very polite, and professional. The cost was reasonable.

Scott scheduled the estimate the same day I called. I liked his price and asked when he could do the windows. I was lucky, he had a cancellation the next day; normally he said it would be about a week. The work was done efficiently and I am very pleased with their work.

Scott cleaned all our windows, inside and out, perfectly. Our windows have divided lights so each one must be cleaned. This takes time since some of the windows have as many as 18 individual panes. Scott asked me to check the first window he finished to make sure it was OK before he did the whole house. How many people do that? He worked around all of our furniture and computers. He even changed some burnt out bulbs in our staircase chandelier. We had been ''egged'' but did not know it. Scott cleaned up the mess and removed the pieces of egg shell. He even found a hairline crack in one pane we had not seen, behind a window treatment. The next morning they were so clear and clean. They did not look like they had any glass in them at all. We plan to have Scott back on a regular basis.
