I've used them multiple times over the last four years. It was easy to schedule, the prices are reasonable, and the workman does a good job.

He was very polite and respectful. Easy to schedule and came when expected. Explained to me everything that was going on and gave me in-depth information including cost to help me make my decision. Total bill was less than he had quoted me because he always quotes 'worst case' so there are no unpleasant surprises. Left the area clean.

Installed two new faucet sets in bathroom

The service was performed very professionally. He found the leak quickly, got the correct parts and finished the job in just about 2 hours. He was polite, thorough, on time, efficient...everything you would want in a plumber. We will definitely use Northern Plumbing again. Excellent!

The reason there was no money spent is because the issue was covered by insurance. The tech who came was on time and very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't just blast right into walls, etc. He checked out other options first and then chose best course of action. Followed up with us. Would recommend.

Called and was told the tech in the area would call when he was on the way. About 20 minutes later he called and showed up within 15 minutes of his call. Everything was done within 2 hours of my initial call. Very happy and would use them again.

It went very well, the service provider was knowledgable and explained things in a way that I could understand. Very professional at all times and finished the job swiftly and completely.

They came right out and the tenant was pleased. I did not receive any complaints from the tenant. The price seemed reasonable.

Really all I can say is that they were local which made me look. Then they were very competetive with the bid. (And exact at the end) Very helpful through the process (Mainly delt with Rob) Completed the task promptly once we finally got a little cooperation from the county water services to get the meter set! Follow up call to make sure I was satisfied was a nice touch. They will be a part of my renovations when I do my kitchen and bath.

Top quality equipement used to perform video inspection and locate lines using cable sensor. Local company providing excellent quality service. Will recommend this company to others.

They did a great job and they were very very good. The man that came was very competent, at a reasonable rate and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We smelled an odor at the top of the basement steps after the door had been closed for several hours. It didn't seem like gas, and there was no odor near the furnace or hot water heater but we wanted it checked. I know of Northern Plumbing through a work contact so I gave them a call. An appointment convenient to my schedule was easy to arrange. When the tech arrived (promptly) he noticed the smell and simply said, "yep, that's soot". (I was relieved it was indeed not gas.) He had already researched my type of heater (it has a power vent) and only needed to make a few checks to diagnose the problem. He described in detail what would be needed, and the time it would take to complete. He gave good advice on correcting a couple of inexpensive things from the original installation (done by another company) that could have major consequences later. Since this was not a critical issue we had him send a complete estimate and schedule the work later. Again arriving on time, he quickly and professionally finished the job; leaving the area cleaner than when he came. All safety and maintenance checks were done and explained; and the work was performed for the estimated price. Great job!

Northern Plumbing was easy to work with. I wanted to keep costs to a minimum so I agreed to remove the jack hammered concrete refuse and to pour the basement floor after it was inspected. They promptly provide the arranged services and the plumbing is working fine.
