I was totally happy from day one. First I discovered the owner, Rick , was a friend that I grew up with in the same neighborhood. He was very prompt and professional . My new mailbox was done with a minimal of fuss while I was even at work. It looks better than my original and the price was very fair. I am so pleased with the service and the end product. Excellent and prompt service. Called on a Friday, person on phone (didn't retain her name unfortunately) was very helpful, asking questions to get a sense of what I needed. She guided me to the company website, helped me select post that my need and price point. Work was completed the following Monday, without me needing to be at the house. Looks great, so glad to have that old post replaced. Would definitely recommend these folks to others.

My mailbox is 10 years old and was originally installed by Mail Boxes by Design when we built our home.
It's still in good shape, but the door hinge was partly broken.  I contacted MBBD, and within a couple of days I had the part I needed to repair it myself!  They also followed up with a phone call to make certain I received it and was able to install.  Very professional.

My mailbox was knocked off its post by a car trying to turn around in a storm. I contacted Mailboxes by Design via the cell phone on the contacts list and after sending a couple of pictures of what the mailbox was supposed to look like, they had a new one built and installed within two days. The new box looks great and they were very easy to work with!

When I called them back it didn’t take them long to bring a new one out. We wanted the same design, but just a different color. They had a really good selection to choose from. They are friendly too.

Fantastic service! Someone (probably snow plow driver) knocked my mail box off the post the morning following the recent ice storm. That afternoon, I called Mail Boxes by Design, ordered a new one, with a new post, and it was installed the next morning in time for that day's delivery. Thanks so much for responding so quickly!

Mr. Watkins found the type and style of mailbox preferred by our homeowners association.  Replaced broken mailbox and installed post in concrete for stability.  Work performed in extremely cold temperature, within a few days of original request. Excellent workmanship and professionalism.  Fair price for materials and labor.  We are very, very pleased with the result.  Highly recommend!

Excellent. This wasn't an simple install, there were barriers and challenges due to location of mailbox (behind a guardrail, steep hill, etc.). The installer was flexible and created a great solution.

The guy who plows my driveway was a little reckless and knocked down my mailbox.  I phoned Mail Boxes by Design and they were exceptionally polite and professional.  They were aware of my development's restrictions and said they could help me within a day or two.  They came early the next morning; shoveled off the snow; and installed the new mailbox.  They even hauled off the old one!
This is probably one of the best small companies I have ever dealt with and would not hessitate to recommend them to anyone.

Post was purchased with a notch.  Was not installed with notch.  Had to come back and put notch in onsite.  Looks good.
Was suppose to install concrete up to ground level.  Did not have enough and had to come back.
