I contacted Freelance Commercial Diving for a problem with my above ground pool water level dropping. Mr Oldfield responded in a timely manner in returning my phone call. He was very professional in his conversation with me and his concern in helping me and coming to my residence properly prepared to take care of any problems. He set up an appointment and contacted me when he was on his way to my residence. He was very professional in his manner of explaining what he was doing to locate the problem or problems. After setting up his equipment, he ran some tests and had found some leaks. He dove to help insure that their may have been additional leaks as well. Repairs were made to them all that had been identified. . He advised me that if I had any trouble at all call and let him know the status within 10 days.
I watched the level daily and noticed some change in my level. I called Mr Oldfield 7 days later. After contacting him, he even came out on a Sunday to address my questions and concerns. I told him it could wait till Monday, but he said it was fine to come over and take care of it without any problem. He again called when he was on his way, which was within a short time from my initial call. He found and made a repair to one additional location without any hesitation at all and with no additional cost to me. He had to use his diving apparatus this time to give him additional time under water to make the repair. He was Very professional in taking care of my problem. He even went on to explain that if any problems should arise call him without hesitation and he would help me take care of it.

He dove down glued two patches and also guaranteed their work. They came right out after the job they were on fixed it asap and made sure there were no other leaks.

We called the sales office again they gave us the name and number for Freelance Commercial Divers, we left a message. Mr. Olson called right away, very polite and concerned with our problems gave a quote over the phone and made the appointment. Two days later he showed up on time. Mr Olson found the previous work was no done correctly. He tightened the screws on the skimmer and caulked the return gasket. We did have a small leak that we had patched ourself and he repaired that as well. The charge was exactly as he quoted. The work was done correctly and Mr. Olson called us back in two days to see if everything was still working. Thank god for the Freelance Commercial Drivers we were losing several hundred gal. a day.

Everything went great!!! They showed up in the evening so my husband could be here and when only going to be a few minutes late they called in advance to let us know. Wolf and his diver were able to scan the entire pool to detect the problem and patched the areas. They were professional, courteous and they price was very fair.

They arrived promptly and were very professional. Wolf and Ernie explained everything not only to me but to my children. They were wonderful from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone!!
